About this day out
The Wotton-under-Edge Historical Society and Heritage Centre was established for the preservation and study of the history of Wotton-under-Edge and its environs. Housed in a converted fire station in The Chipping, it contains a sizable collection of archives, records, photographs, and genealogical research material. The Centre also hosts lectures, provides tourist information, and sells gifts.

Monday 10.30-15.30, Tuesday 10.30-15.30, Wednesday closed, Thursday closed, Friday 10.30-15.30, Saturday 10.30-15.30, Sunday closed. Museum use on closed days can be arranged by appointment for a donation (contact hello@wottonheritage.com).
