About this day out
Willowbank Community Garden is a volunteer-run garden bringing students and the local community together. Volunteers grow food such as leeks, kale, onions, potatoes, garlic and herbs in raised beds, holding Sunday work sessions from 1pm to 3pm. The garden is linked with the Glasgow University Environmental Sustainability Team (GUEST) and hosts community events such as an open day.
