Wellcome Collection is a free museum and library in central London exploring health and human experience. The building has three floors with a café, shop, several exhibition spaces and a library, including the permanent exhibition 'Being Human'. It offers daily guided tours and discussions as well as temporary exhibitions and events.

Opening calendar
Galleries and Reading Room: Monday closed; Tuesday–Sunday 10:00–18:00. Library: Monday 10:00–18:00, Saturday 10:00–16:00, Sunday closed. Café and shop on site (shop occasionally has unusual hours).

- Step-free access throughout the building. Exhibitions include audio description, British Sign Language and captions. Wheelchairs can be borrowed from the Information Point on level 0. Visual stories with photos and easy-to-read information are available. Staff trained to support visitors with accessibility needs; help meeting you at the nearest station can be arranged in advance. Note: wheelchairs/mobility devices 75 cm or wider may have limited access to certain areas.

- Limited parking available for Blue Badge holders only; a space must be booked in advance by contacting the Visitor Experience and Engagement team.
- Dogs
- Assistance dogs only (including appropriately trained emotional support dogs); other assistance animals require advance approval by phone or email.
