Free manual wheelchairs are available from the Information Desk, and one free essential companion ticket is provided per paying disabled visitor. Relaxed Tours run on selected dates for visitors with autism. There are two Sensory Rooms, Sensory Support Bags with ear defenders and fidget toys, and Sunflower Lanyards. Other provisions include induction loops, subtitles on media, portable iPads with subtitled cinema film, BSL Tours, Audio Descriptive Tours, Tactile Tours, and Digital Guides in multiple languages. Most of the Tour is wheelchair accessible, but some areas are difficult (Diagon Alley's cobbled street, Great Hall's slate floor, Forbidden Forest's spongy surface, Privet Drive's narrow doorway) and the Hogwarts bridge, Knight Bus platform and Hogwarts Express cannot be accessed by wheelchair, though a viewing carriage exists on the Hogwarts Express.
Parking: There is a car park, but visitors cannot return to it until the end of their visit; dogs and pets cannot be left in vehicles for safety reasons.
Dogs: Trained guide dogs, assistance dogs, buddy dogs, hearing dogs and medical alert dogs are welcome (guide dogs in training require formal identification); other dogs and pets are not permitted and cannot be left in vehicles.
