About this day out
WWT Slimbridge Wetland Centre is run by WWT, a wetland charity on a mission to restore wetlands. Visitors can enjoy canoe safaris, talks and tours by wetland and wildlife experts, the Scott House Museum about WWT's founder, and seeing five species of flamingos up close. The centre also hosts seasonal events such as the Dragonfly Festival and offers overnight stays.
