The experience
About this day out
Rodden Meadow is an ancient meadow just minutes from Frome town centre, situated next to the river. It was historically used for sheep grazing and teasel cultivation, playing an essential role in the textile trade that saw Frome develop and prosper. Today it is a natural wildflower meadow managed with scythes, great for peaceful walks and picnics.
