Oakley Hill is a 13-hectare Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust nature reserve of old chalk downland, scrub and beech woodland perched on the Chiltern escarpment, 1 mile south of Chinnor, Oxfordshire. Chiltern gentian is the star wildflower, thriving alongside chalk soil specialists such as wild thyme, clustered bellflower, pyramidal orchid and yellow-wort, with a few remaining rare juniper plants. Butterflies such as the comma, grizzled skipper and marbled white can be seen, and the bird's-nest orchid grows in the darkest parts of the beech wood.

- Take Hill Road out of Chinnor towards Chinnor Hill and turn right onto the Ridgeway. Park in informal parking area before barrier and walk 0.5 miles south along the Ridgeway. Reserve entrance is on the left-hand side.
