About this day out

King Edward Mine Museum in Troon, Camborne (TR14 9HW) invites visitors to discover Cornish tin mining. Volunteer-led guided tours show working equipment in the Cornish tin mill, the last remaining Holman Winder, and the Holman Brothers collection including the Holman 303 Airleg Drill. Visitors can also explore the surrounding tin mining landscape with spectacular views of the UNESCO World Heritage mining area and walk the Great Flat Lode trail.
