The Jane Austen Centre in Bath offers Regency exhibitions discovering how Bath shaped one of literature's most beloved voices, alongside the Regency Tea Room serving real leaf tea and light lunches. The Jane Austen Experience in London explores how Jane's work was influenced by the Regency capital and its characters. It also runs the Jane Austen Festival (11–20 September 2026), the largest and longest running Jane Austen Festival in the world.

Housed in a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse with no lift. A ramp is provided at the main entrance with a greeter to assist. In Bath, the ground-floor Exhibition is partially wheelchair accessible and private accessible tours include the introductory talk held downstairs, but the first-floor talk room, second-floor Regency Tea Room, and basement toilets are not wheelchair accessible. The London exhibition is reached via six flights of stairs (approx. 61 steps) and is not wheelchair accessible. A free access companion ticket is offered with any full price ticket on presentation of proof of need (e.g., PIP Letter, Blue Badge, Sunflower Pass). Exhibition videos include English subtitles, a transcript of the introductory talk is available, and a portable hearing loop can be used in the talk room. Pushchairs can be left just inside the main entrance, though baby carriers are recommended, and luggage cannot be stored on site.
