About this day out

Farleys House & Gallery is the former Sussex home of Lee Miller and Roland Penrose, who moved there in 1949 and filled it with contemporary art treasures while hosting key personalities of 20th century art. Visitors can take a guided ground-floor house tour, explore Farleys Gallery, the Lee Miller Gallery and the Sculpture Garden, and enjoy light lunches and refreshments at Farleys Café in the historic Barn Gallery. Farleys is also the base of the Lee Miller Archives and The Penrose Collection.
