About this day out

Coggeshall Museum opened in 1990 in an annex to St. Peter's Hall (now the Village Hall) in Stoneham Street and holds a huge collection of artefacts telling the story of Coggeshall from the earliest times. The museum is run entirely by volunteers and exhibits, loaned or donated by local people, change from year to year. It also offers family history archives, self-guided walk leaflets, and private or group visits by appointment for a charge.
