About this day out
Brewhouse Yard is a historical site at the foot of Castle Rock, featuring 17th century cottages that tell the stories of families connected to Nottingham's textile history over four hundred years. Purchased by Nottingham City Council in 1972, it was restored and opened as a museum. Admission also covers Nottingham Castle, Museum & Grounds.
