About this day out
The Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institution (BRLSI) is an independent, non-profit cultural hub in a Georgian building on Queen Square, Bath, promoting science, literature and art through talks, workshops, exhibitions and youth education projects. Its free permanent displays include a piece of a 4.2 billion-year-old meteorite collected in Siberia in 1779, and it cares for a collection spanning archaeology, ethnology, zoology, mineralogy, botany and palaeontology.
